Since 1977, Country Network has promoted and fostered networking and friendship among male–identifying members of the LGBTIQ+ community across Australia. Whether it’s catching up for a chat or a get–together, Country Network is a great way to be part of your community.
Country Network supports men in rural or regional towns, as well as the cities by:
Promoting and encouraging friendship, networking, and community connection.
Providing social support, education, and resources.
Encouraging members to offer hospitality to others visiting their region.
Helping improve social circumstances and wellbeing.
Country Network is a community group, incorporated in NSW and managed by volunteer members who are guided by a constitution and protocols.
Country Network is a national organisation and is growing all the time. The more members we have, the more social and networking opportunities we can offer everyone.
Country Network understands and respects the importance of privacy and confidentiality for all members.
Country Network welcomes city members to join our rural & regional members. Our many city members complement our networking capabilities and are an important part of Country Network achieving our aims and objectives.

Country Network welcomes all gay and bi men aged 18 and over who share our values of respect, tolerance, and acceptance. Together, we uphold the aims and objectives that keep this network supportive, inclusive, and vibrant.
For over 48 years, we have provided a safe, private and friendly online place for men in rural and regional Australia, to network, meet and connect through social activities and events.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land, waters, and knowledge for the places where we gather to collaborate and strengthen communities. In our work, we recognise the importance of Country—not just as a place, but how it also maintains community, family, kin, lore and language.
