Established in 1992, GLOBE provides LGBTIQ+ communities, small businesses and professionals who want to be seen, connected and nurtured opportunities to network and grow in a professional, safe and inclusive environment.

We are for LGBTIQ+ communities, small businesses and professionals who want to be seen, connected and nurtured.

We work towards uniting Victorian and Australian LGBTIQ+ groups and their supporters through social, professional and community events and to create opportunities for participants to build professional, inclusive and supportive environments that encourage and advocate growth.

For over 48 years, we have provided a safe, private and friendly online place for men in rural and regional Australia, to network, meet and connect through social activities and events.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land, waters, and knowledge for the places where we gather to collaborate and strengthen communities. In our work, we recognise the importance of Country—not just as a place, but how it also maintains community, family, kin, lore and language.
